When he received prestigious National Science and Technology Ph.D research fellowship then he resigned from his job. Mr. Saha had some idea to establish something different to solve the existing problems in education and health sector. First, he established a voluntary organization Social Welfare Institute, Mymensingh (SWIM) in January, 2017. From that view he established a day care school named Mymensingh Welfare School (MWS) under SWIM. In that school, an intellectually challenged learner came to admit. But nobody including teachers, staff and guardians allowed his behavioral problems in the school campus. But Mr. Saha noticed that boy has some strength too. He realized if the boy would be proper trained and be educated, he has chance to be skilled manpower one day. As there was no quality service center for persons with disabilities in Mymensingh, he determined he should work for this sector. Then he applied for the registration in the Department of Social Service and they finally attained the government registration in January, 2018. He designed and offered early intervention, special education and vocational lab for the person with disabilities with the help of multi-disciplinary expert panel from MWS.

Till date, MWS provided their service to more than two thousand children with special needs among them already more than 200 were inclusive in general education. Besides, MWS offered training, workshop, internship and research for higher education. MWS utilized the USA based world’s leading electronic documentation solution for special education Global Therap to maintain their education plan. By this time near about 600 secondary school headmaster received special demonstration session on inclusive education from this institute with the support of National Academy for Autism and Neuro Developmental Disorder (NAAND) under the ministry of education.
