I am proud and honored to welcome you to explore Mymensingh Welfare School, a special learner’s friendly school in Bangladesh. Over the course of its six years journey, a new but rapidly progressing Mymensingh Welfare School has achieved many milestones as an institute of quality special education, research, and innovation of teaching learning strategies. I pledge to take this achievement to a height we aspire for addressing the challenges, pursuing possibilities, and exploring opportunities. Our aim is to produce self-dependent and inclusive to mainstream learners with special needs, especially neurodevelopment disabilities. We offer academic programs integrating different essential courses including activity in daily living, physical and mental development and individualized therapeutic activities. We are proud of our young teachers and staffs for their outstanding contribution in special teaching and caregiving, which has helped Mymensingh Welfare School secure better position among the special school in Bangladesh. As Principal, improvement of academic and research infrastructure and budget, enhancement of activities and collaboration, development of management, and step-up of showcasing special teaching learning and their implementation are my priorities to pride ourselves as being at the forefront of research and innovation.

We believe, with our set objectives, commitments, and activities, we will be able to pride ourselves as being at the forefront of special education in our country and beyond. Strong national and global linkages, research, and most importantly, multidisciplinary approaches to study are the strengths of our Mymensingh Welfare School.
